All Anomaly Detected Gamepasses — Prices & Worth It?
All five Anomaly Detected gamepasses with Robux prices — Scanner, Unlock All Chapters, Unlimited Fails, and more — and which are worth buying.
Five gamepasses, R$19 to R$199, all purchasable with Robux on the game page. Everything they unlock can be worked around through normal play — these are convenience and power, not content gates (except Unlock All Chapters, which is literally a skip).
What does each gamepass do?
| Gamepass | Price | What it unlocks |
|---|---|---|
| Faster Searches | R$19 | Search for anomalies twice as fast — also applies to abilities |
| Anomaly Scanner | R$49 | Global Scanner (total active count, 50s cooldown) + Area Scanner (is one in this room, 25s cooldown) |
| Unlock All Chapters | R$89 | Every available chapter unlocked immediately |
| Unlimited Fails | R$99 | No fail limit in the Anomaly Log — wrong reports stop mattering |
| Unlimited Items | R$199 | All store items free and unlimited |
Which gamepass is worth it?
Anomaly Scanner (R$49) — best value for regular players. Live anomaly counts and a room check remove the two biggest information gaps in the game. Note the free alternative: the same ability exists as a $2,500 in-game store item — R$49 buys it instantly instead of after a grind. If you play a lot, the pass wins on time; if you play casually, earn the item.
Faster Searches (R$19) — cheap, situational. Doubles your search/ability speed. The cheapest pass and a reasonable pick if you find the hunt sluggish — but it improves speed, not accuracy.
Unlock All Chapters (R$89) — only for the impatient. Chapters unlock by finishing the previous one on any difficulty — see the chapter list. R$89 skips a chain that is itself the game’s content. Worth it only if you specifically want to jump straight to The Hospital — or to The Mall the moment it lands — with friends who are already there.
Unlimited Fails (R$99) — powerful but teaches bad habits. Removes the core punishment for wrong reports. For Veteran mode pushes or casual co-op nights it takes the pressure off entirely — but it also skips learning the anomaly categories, which is the actual skill the game builds.
Unlimited Items (R$199) — the whale option. Every consumable free, forever. At item prices of $25–$100 per use, this pays off only for heavy players — but combined with the Anomaly Spawner it is also the Journal-completionist’s dream setup.
What about free alternatives?
Everything except chapter skipping has an earned path: scanner ability via the $2,500 item, fails avoided via accuracy, items bought with shift money. There are no codes in the game either — the economy is meant to be played, not bypassed. If you buy one pass, make it the Scanner; if you buy none, you lose nothing but time.
